If you just want help for a relatively simple issue I can offer this by email. Please contact me first if you wish to enter email counselling when I will talk you through how it works and what your concerns are.
You may just want a single reply or we can arrange to agree a package. A “one off” email may be suitable if a problem only affects a part of your life and you are looking for new ways to deal with it.
Emails either side would be 500 words maximum and I respond within 72 hours. I would ask you to sign a simple agreement and make payment before we commence. If there is an issue that I feel is not best resolved through email counselling I will advise you.
